Daughter of Francis, Lord Brudenell, Mary married Richard Mollymeux, later 5th Viscount in 1705. The painting is inscribed on the reverse: 'Mrs Mary Brudenell 1695 by Doll'.

PROVENANCE presumably the 4th Earl of Cardigan, Duke of Montagu; thence by descent.
