These two figures are displayed with two other near-identical pairs in the Fifth State Room. One of the other pairs, which are 36 cm high, has two paper labels reading 'From Richmond 1886'. It would thus seem likely that at least one of the pairs was that described as '2 small lyons White China' in the Richmond inventory of 1772 BHR1, and 'a pair of White Kyleus on square bases Oriental' listed as in Richmond in 1884, BHR3.
