How to make a booking

The Living Landscape Trust shall not be liable for loss, damage, delay or injury to any visitor, or his personal effects, unless such loss, damage or injury shall be shown to result from the negligence of the Living Landscape Trust, its employees, agents of partners. All booking confirmations issued by the Living Landscape Trust are valid only for the groups named therein and for the date shown; they are not transferable. Published prices are based upon known costs at the time of publication. The Living Landscape Trust reserves the right to increase the charges for visits and catering at any time prior to acceptance of a booking. No retroactive increases will be make once a firm booking has been accepted, except in the case of changed booking, the current price will apply to the revised booking. Any complaint concerning the service provided by The Living Landscape Trust must be notified immediately to our representative, so that appropriate action can be taken. Unless notification is given, The Living Landscape Trust cannot accept any responsibility for the complaint. Any complaint against The Living Landscape Trust must be make in writing to our office within 28 days of the visit.

All visits are operated subject to demand, availability of facilities and security considerations. In the event of unavoidable cancellation of a confirmed visit The Living Landscape Trust shall offer the group a choice of an alternate booking.
