Opening Times

HOUSE: August 1st to September 1st,
Daily, 2.00pm - 5.00pm, last entry at 4.00pm
There are guided tours on Mondays and Fridays, except Bank Holidays, with self guided tours on other days.
Guided tours will not be in operation on the 1st of August.
The High Pavilion and State Rooms have been opened at no extra charge due to the return of the State Bed.

The house is open for pre-booked educational groups throughout the year - please contact the Trust to arrange.

GROUNDS AND PARK: May 1st to September 1st,

Daily, (except Saturday) (daily in August),
Noon - 5.00pm

TEAROOM: Sundays and Bank Holidays only (daily throughout August)

PLAY AREA: Following an inspection and written report by ROSPA, the Playarea was closed and removed at substantial cost to the Living Landscape Trust. The paramount concern must be the continued safety of our visitors, large and small and consequently we consider that we have made the right decision but of course regret any inconvenience this may cause.

ADMISSION COSTS: Admission to the Park is £1.50 for adults; £1.00 for children and senior citizens.
Entrance to the House and Park is £7.00 for adults and £6.00 for children and senior citizens during August.
Group rates available on request

EDUCATIONAL GROUP VISITS: Throughout the year by prior appointment.
